Total Package, January 22, 2011 By maverick - I was looking for a home gym that would provide a good workout. The Bowflex PR3000 does exactly that. I was suprised at the quality of this equipment. Take your time and follow the instructions, step by step, when assembling the equipment and you should not have a problem. It did take me about 4-5 hours putting it together. The Gym provides exercises for every part of the body. Just what I wanted. The system of pulleys that the PR3000 uses operates very smooth and provides a good range of motion while exercising. The only change you have to make is with the weight stack and its a simple process. I highly recommend the PR3000 and give it 5 stars. It has exceeded my expectations. Even the wife is using it.
