Well, I did a lot of research before purchasing this item and honestly I was a little hesitant to do so. I previously owned a Bowflex and a Bioforce. Both worked ok for the most part but the constant changing for exercises and other issues like inconsistant resistance through the entire workout (Bowflex) had me thinking twice before buying another one. My wife and I have two small children and don't have time work out for an hour a night and needed something quick, simple and fun to do. So far I have been greatly impressed with the Total Gym. I got a good price and with my Prime membership go free shipping. Setup was a breeze and while the DVD's are a little mundane, they show the exercies perfectly and are easy to follow. I would totally recommend this item to someone looking for a simple to use home gym.
