how to lose weight over the summer?
okay, i just turned 13 in may (of this year) and it seems like my weight is just going up! lol, likee; im going into 8th grade and i want to look good for the first day of school and i want guys to turn thier heads saying "daamn, that girlls mad fine" haha, or something like that.. soo, i weight 128-133.5 pounds, im 5'2 1/2 and im a "fit" or "healthy" girl. i just kinda of have a big butt and a little fat on my "love handles" lol. and seriously, at the beginning of the summer i weighed 126 or something and it just keeps going up, i excercize everyday like (cardio,ab workouts,butt toneing,etc) and today (aug 14) i went to the grocery store to by some slimfast shakes and some energy bars, and hopefully those will work. i just need help on get the weight off and seriously, i help my parents in the yard, im always active by cleaning, do the laundry and + i play sports, lacrosse& tennis. i just need a way that i can speed up my metobolism and process things faster? lol
