has anyone ever tried the Contour Core Sculpting System? it's the ab belt that is supposed to flex your abs and is supposed to be better than crunches. does it work?

i havn't tried it myself but i usually find things like that/infomertial stuff does not really work but definatly just getting cardio by running playing soccer w/e u like and then weights or sit ups crunches all that should make a big improvement just got to dedicate some days for it good luck
