How To Get Six Pack Abs

How to get six pack abs! lets face it everyone wants six pack abs- but how to get it?

I want to show you how a simple super set of two abdominal exercises can give you six pack abs

And it is as follows: the two exercises we will be using are the lying down crunches and the lying down reverse knees up

Here is how to perform the knee up

Knee-ups work your muscles excellent with proper form allowing maximum contraction. If you want great abs, knee-ups are an easy ab exercise to perform and it is cost efficient as well. You could even add ankle weights to make it more of an intense workout.

get six pack abs exercise number #1 Knee-Ups Starting Position

  1. First, sit on the end of a flat bench and place the hands behind you to support your body, you can also sit on the floor with your arms by your side
  2. Now you simply have to lean back until your upper body is at a 45-degree angle to the bench or floor.
  3. Now simply extend your legs until they are almost straightened.

Knee-Ups Exercise Technique

  • When you begin you simply pull your knees towards your chest. And as the knees approach your chest, flex your neck allowing your head to curl toward your knees (this will insure maximum abdominal contraction). . when you done return to the starting position-this is one rep

When it comes to get six pack abs-the ab crunch is the best. To perform the ab crunch, simply lie on the floor with your knees at a 90 degree angle

Now simply curl your shoulders towards your pelvis, with hands placed behind or beside the neck, or crossed over the chest-get a good contraction and return to the staring position

Now these two ab exercises done by themselves are great, however you can get a much better workout if you combine the two, in what is known as a super set

So perform the knee ups and without ant rest move onto the crunch, perform this abdominal superset workout until you can no longer perform the knee ups. This will give you a powerful ab workout and burn and you can feel good that you burnt some of those calories you took in at thanks giving dinner.
