How to grow muscle fast - Knowledge is power

How to grow muscle fast. I get asked this COUNTLESS times by COUNTLESS people. Many people workout day after day, week after week, month after month and get extremely slow  results.

Why is this you ask? Well.. Many people don't understand that it takes more than just consistency to grow muscle quickly. You need to have more then just repetitive muscle training. You need to have the smarts and the know-how to building muscle in a quick and efficient way.

So here I will explain a few, often ignored methologies to increasing your muscle gain TEN fold.

1. More isn't always better. how many times do you see the same guy, in the same place, doing the same thing and staying the SAME SIZE. Your body needs painfull and grewling stimulation, but you DO NOT need to stay in the gym for 2+ hours at a time working out the same muscle. If your hitting it hard and heavy, there is no possible way you will be able to stay in the gym for any longer than 45-60 minutes at a time. Get in get out. It works wonders, you stimulate, get out, and your done.

2. Eat properly and eat at the right times. Eat five - six, medium sized meals per day. Aim for 30 grams of protein per meal. 30x6 = 180. that is more than enough protein to satisfy the hard working bodybuilder. Any less, you risk muscle loss, any more, you risk fat increase.

3. Ignore high repitition, low weight muscle training programs. You want to be heavy? Lift heavy! Aim for 6-8 reps with the most weight that you could possibly handle. Time and time again I see people doing light excersizes and getting absolutley nowhere.

4.  Stick to mass bulding, compound excersizes. Barbell curls, tricep extensions and crunches are for unbulky mens physiques and girls. Stick with heavy barbell deadlifts, standing barbell military press and extremely heavy squats (make sure to have a spotter) for maximum testosterone stimulation.
